PANs people are running the Edinburgh Marathon on 24th May 2020
“in February 2016 Michael McCabe, PAN, PolyArteritis Nodosa. It has taken me many years to slowly recover from this illness. I used be a keen marathon runner and ran the first 13 Edinburgh marathons between 2003 and 2015. Since then I have been unable to run marathons, but with the help of my cousin Berni MacDonald, her husband Gus MacDonald, my niece’s boyfriend Andrew Parkinson and my cousin Rory White we will run the Edinburgh marathon relay as a team to raise funds for Vasculitis UK.”
