Today, 26th June, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) issued a recommendation to revoke the marketing authorisation for Tavneos (avacopan) in the European Union.
This decision does not apply to the United Kingdom. Tavneos continues to be prescribed in the UK while we await the MHRA’s own review and final decision.
